CAB data processing



Data processing  is a process adopted in computers
by computer programs to either enter new data or summarize the already available data. It involves recording, analysing, sorting, summarising, calculating, disseminating and storing data as data is most useful when well-presented. Data-processing systems are often referred to as information system.

since raw data in nothing but unorganized  facts that are collected, they need to be organized and the process of which is called  processing . Data processing involves conversion of data into a machine readable format. Once data is in digital format, various procedures can be applied on the data to get useful information. Data processing involves :- Data summarization ; Data aggregation ; Data validation ; Data tabulation and Statistical analysis
